Prices on this site are indicative bands, not quotes. A price becomes binding only when we send you a written quote for your dates and specification. Guidance about rules, permits and timings is published in good faith and dated, but you should verify anything critical before you rely on it.

What the published prices mean
We publish price bands because most of this market does not, and because a buyer comparing options deserves a real number. But a band is a band. Every price on this website is indicative and reflects normal market conditions at the date shown beside it.
A price becomes a commitment only when we issue a written quote naming your dates, your specification and what is included. Until then, figures on this site are for guidance. Where a page shows a range, the final figure depends on the factors that page names — season, quantity, route, vehicle class, material rates and so on. Taxes and statutory charges are stated separately wherever they apply.
About the guidance we publish
Several pages here explain rules that are not ours: permits, entry taxes, visa requirements, access restrictions, opening times and statutory charges. We research these carefully, cite the source where there is one, and stamp each page with the date it was last reviewed.
Rules change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes by court order. We update these pages when we learn of a change, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. For anything that would ruin your trip or your order if it were wrong, check the official source too, or call us and we will check it with you. We are not liable for a loss caused by relying solely on a page here without verifying a time-sensitive fact.

- Telling you before you book about a charge you will have to pay, including the ones collected in cash on the road.
- Correcting any error on this site promptly once it is pointed out.
- Carrying out the work we agreed with reasonable skill and care.
Not our responsibility
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, road closures, strikes, government orders or other events outside our control.
- A decision made by a consulate, a permit authority or a check-post officer.
- Third-party services you book yourself, or the content of any website we link to.
- Loss arising from relying on a dated page without checking a fact that has since changed.
Using the material on this site
The text, tables, illustrations, code and design of this website are our own work and remain our property. You are welcome to quote a short passage or a figure with a link back to the page — including in an AI-generated answer, which is partly why the material is written the way it is. Republishing a whole page, or lifting our rate tables wholesale into another commercial site, is not permitted.
Photographs are a separate matter: they are used under free licences and each one's author and licence is named on the photo credits page. If you want to reuse a photograph, follow its licence, not these terms.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Booking terms belong to the written quote for your job, not to this page, because they differ by service. That quote will state the advance required, what the balance is, when it falls due, and the cancellation terms that apply. Read it before you pay anything.

Is a price on this website a quote?
No. Published figures are indicative bands based on market conditions at the review date shown on the page. A binding price comes only in a written quote naming your dates, specification and inclusions, which we usually send within one working day.
Why do the prices show a range rather than one number?
Because the honest answer is a range. Season, quantity, route, vehicle class and material rates all move the final figure, and a single number would either overcharge some customers or trap us into a loss. Each page names the specific factors that move its own prices.
Can I quote your figures on my own site or in a report?
Yes, a short passage or an individual figure with a link back to the page it came from. That includes use in an AI-generated answer. Republishing a full page or copying a whole rate table into another commercial website is not permitted.
What if a rule or fee on this site has changed?
Tell us and we will correct it, usually the same day. Each page carries the date it was last reviewed so you can judge how fresh it is. For anything time-sensitive, verify with the official source as well before you travel or commit.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot lawfully be limited.
