Every France package shape, with its 2026 rupee band

These are live market bands for 2026, compiled across Thomas Cook, SOTC, Yatra, Veena World, Thrillophilia, Akbar Travels, PickYourTrail, WanderOn and Flamingo, and they are the bands we quote inside. We publish them before you enquire because the alternative — a price behind a form — is the single most common complaint about this industry.

Bands compiled September 2026Every price on this site is per person on twin sharing, land only unless the row says otherwise, and printed with its exclusions. If a competitor's headline is lower than ours, check the nights, check whether airfare is inside, and check whether the exclusions are written down at all.Per person on twin sharing, land only unless the row says otherwise. Bands are indicative, not a quote: the airfare on your dates, the hotel category and the departure city move the total. July–August and the Dec–Jan holidays price at the top of every band; late September and February at the bottom.

What is inside the price, and what is not

This is the table competitors hide, and it is the reason a ₹74,500 headline and a ₹1,23,000 headline are not always comparing the same thing. Ours is printed here before you enquire.

The four packages we build most often

Each has its own page with the day-by-day plan, the full price band and the same exclusions table.

How booking with us works

Send dates and a group size

WhatsApp or a phone call to the Coimbatore office, in Tamil, English or Hindi. We need the travel window, how many adults and children, the departure city, and any dietary or mobility requirement. That is enough to start.

You get an itinerary and a rupee number, not a brochure

A day-by-day plan with named hotels, a land price per person, a live airfare quote on your dates, and the exclusions list printed. If something in your plan will not work — four countries in seven nights, August dates that could move — we say so at this stage rather than after the deposit.

We check the visa file before anything is booked

Every document read against the France-Visas requirement set. About one in six Indian Schengen applications is refused, most commonly on financial documentation, and the check happens before you book a train to Chennai, not after.

Bookings confirmed, reservations issued for the visa

Hotels and flight reservations issued against your booking, in the form the application expects. Non-refundable tickets are not issued at this stage, because the visa has not been decided yet.

Appointment, biometrics, decision

Appointment booked at the France centre in Chennai, with the current address confirmed the week you travel. Processing is commonly 15 to 30 days. We track it with you.

Tickets issued, tour documents sent

Once the visa is in, air tickets are issued, meal codes go on the ticket, and you get the final document set: vouchers, timings, contact numbers and the on-tour support line. Then you fly.

What comes as standard, on every France tour we sell

Before you fly

  • Visa document check by someone who reads these files weekly
  • Confirmed hotel vouchers and flight reservations in the form the application expects
  • Meal preference recorded per traveller — vegetarian, pure veg, Jain, halal or none — in writing
  • Airline meal codes on the ticket at the time of issue, not requested at check-in
  • Every price in rupees, with the exclusions printed

On the ground

  • A named contact who answers in Tamil, English or Hindi from the Coimbatore office
  • Tamil-speaking private guides in Paris, bookable by the day — they exist because over 100,000 Tamils live in France
  • Indian food routed into the itinerary rather than left to the evening: Passage Brady and Little Jaffna are on the plan
  • Support hours that match India, 6 am to 11 pm, every day
  • Hotels chosen for lift access and location when older travellers are in the group

Why our headline numbers are not the lowest you will see

You will find a three-day Paris package advertised in this market at around ₹25,200. It is a real price and it is not a lie; it is two nights, land only, no airfare, no visa fee, no monument tickets. It is also not a France holiday, it is a price designed to win a comparison table.

Our bands look higher because they describe a week rather than a weekend and because the things that are excluded are written down. A ₹1,23,000 seven-night France package and a ₹25,200 three-day Paris headline are not competing products, and any operator who lets you believe they are is relying on you not reading the nights column.

The other reason is that we do not quote land-only prices with the airfare implied. From Coimbatore there is no nonstop to Paris, the positioning leg is a real cost, and in-season return airfare runs ₹55,000 to ₹85,000. Rolling that into a single number would make our headline look better and your budget worse. So we quote the land price as a band, quote the airfare live on your dates, and add them up in front of you.

Questions we answer daily

How much does a France tour package cost from India?

₹84,000 to ₹1,10,000 for a Paris short break of three to four nights, ₹1,23,000 to ₹1,60,000 for a classic 7N/8D France tour, and ₹1,35,000 to ₹2,75,000 for Paris with Switzerland. All per person on twin sharing, land only unless stated, with international airfare and the visa fee quoted separately.

Is airfare included in your France packages?

Not in the published bands, and we say so rather than implying it. Airfare is quoted live on your dates because it is the most volatile line in the whole budget — ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 return off-season against ₹55,000 to ₹85,000 in season, plus a positioning leg from Coimbatore or Madurai.

Do you handle the Schengen visa?

We handle everything except the parts only you can do. Document check, confirmed hotel vouchers and flight reservations, itinerary documentation, insurance meeting the EUR 30,000 minimum, and the appointment. You attend the Chennai centre in person for biometrics and you provide your own financial evidence.

Can you arrange Jain or pure vegetarian food in France?

Yes, as a pre-arranged item rather than something found on the day. Jain-strict food barely exists as a restaurant category in Paris, so the workable answers are meals arranged with kitchens weeks ahead and, for longer stays, an apartment with a kitchen plus groceries from the Tamil quarter. For groups of 4 or more we usually recommend an apartment with a kitchen.

Do you have departures from Coimbatore?

Every tour we sell can depart from Coimbatore, with the positioning leg to Chennai, Bengaluru or Kochi built into the ticket. There is no nonstop to Paris from CJB — or from Chennai, Bengaluru, Madurai or Hyderabad — so the routing decision is part of the quote rather than an afterthought. Budget ₹55,000 to ₹85,000 for an in-season return plus the positioning leg.

What is the cheapest France package for a family?

The Paris and Disneyland shape, at ₹74,500 to ₹1,20,000 per person for 5N/6D, is the best-value family entry point in the market. For four people that is roughly ₹3 to ₹4.8 lakh of land cost before flights, visas and the park tickets that are not inside the base band.

Can I customise a package?

Yes, and most of what we sell is customised. The common changes are swapping the Riviera for the Loire or Normandy, adding or removing Disneyland, adding a Tamil-speaking guide for specific days, and changing the hotel category. Each change is repriced in rupees before you approve it. The bands run ₹74,500 to ₹3,05,000 per person depending on shape.

Why do you publish price bands instead of a fixed price?

Because a fixed price for a trip 6 months away is either padded or about to change. The bands are the real market range, the quote on your dates is a real number, and the exclusions are printed. What we will not do is show a single low figure with an asterisk that unpacks into four more charges.

How far in advance should I book?

Five to six months. The visa alone needs about 3 months of runway, and Indian enquiries peak December to February for the April–June season, which means the mid-range hotels go early. Booking three months out is possible; booking three months out and expecting first-choice hotels is not.
