This page says plainly what happens to the details you send France Tours & Travels. It is short because we collect very little.
In short
We collect only what you type into an enquiry form — your name, phone number, and the details of the job or trip. It is stored on our own server in India and emailed to our office. We set no cookies, run no analytics and carry no advertising trackers. We never sell your data.

Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd, 9/5 Subramaniam Road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore 641045, Tamil Nadu, India, trading as France Tours & Travels. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described here. What we collect, and what we do not
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, because we cannot reply to an enquiry without them.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
- The details you enter about tour and visa enquiries — dates, quantities, vehicle or product, and any notes you add.
- For a confirmed booking, traveller names, passport details and travel dates where you send them for a visa file.
- The IP address and browser string of the request that submitted the form, kept purely to block automated abuse.
What we do not collect
- No cookies are set by this website. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising or remarketing tags.
- No card or bank details are ever taken through this website.
- No account, no password, no profile. There is nothing to log in to.
- No tracking of which pages you read or how long you spend on them.
Why we hold it, and for how long
The lawful basis is simple: you asked us for a quote, so we use your details to prepare and send that quote and to carry out the work if you go ahead. We also keep what the law requires us to keep — a booking or an invoice has to be retained for tax and accounting purposes.
Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for eight years from the end of the financial year, which is the retention period Indian tax rules expect. The abuse-prevention log of IP addresses is discarded after 30 days.
Who else can see it
Your enquiry is stored on our own server and emailed to our office mailbox. Beyond that:
- Our drivers, suppliers or press floor receive only the operational detail needed to do the job — a pickup address and a phone number, or a job specification. They do not get the rest of your file.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on these pages from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That request reveals your IP address to Google. It is the only third party the pages contact.
- WhatsApp is used only if you choose to message us. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade enquiry data, and we do not send marketing to people who only asked for a price.
Your rights, and how to use them
The DPDP Act gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased once we no longer need it for a legal reason, and to nominate someone to act for you. Write to info@francetourstravels.com or call +91 89254 44011.
We will confirm receipt the same working day and complete the request within 30 days. We will not charge you for it, and we will not make you explain why. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security, and being honest about its limits
The whole site is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Enquiry records sit outside the public web directory and cannot be reached from a browser. Access to the office mailbox is limited to the staff who answer enquiries.
We will not claim more than that. This is a small operator's website, not a bank. Please do not send passport scans, card numbers or anything similarly sensitive through the enquiry form — if a booking needs those, we will tell you a safer way to send them.

Do you use cookies?
No. This website sets no cookies of any kind, which is why you see no consent banner. Your browser may cache images and stylesheets to make return visits faster, but that is local storage on your own device and it tells us nothing.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No. Asking for a quote does not subscribe you to anything. We reply about the thing you asked about. If we ever start a newsletter it will be opt-in, and asking for a price will not count as opting in.
How do I get my data deleted?
Email info@francetourstravels.com or call +91 89254 44011 and say you want your enquiry deleted. We acknowledge the same working day and complete it within 30 days. The only thing we may keep is a record the law requires us to retain, such as an invoice against a completed booking.
Where is the data stored?
On a server located in India, operated for us, with the enquiry file held outside the public web directory. Your details are not transferred to another country, except insofar as your browser fetches fonts from Google, which reveals your IP address to Google.
Do you share enquiries with other companies?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data, and we do not pass it to other operators. Your driver or our production floor gets only the operational detail needed to carry out your job, such as a pickup address or a print specification.
